From Hwy 259 S (Henderson):

• Come into Kilgore northbound on Hwy 259
• Stay on Hwy 259 through town
• Stay on Hwy 259 and go straight through the intersection of Hwy 259 and Stone Rd/FM 2204
• The road will dip down, and as it begins to rise, the clinic is on the right hand side.
• If you see Walmart on your left you've gone too far

From Hwy 259 N/Hwy 31 N (Longview):

• Come into Kilgore Southbound on Hwy 259
• After you pass Walmart and the Four Star Cinema on your right, the clinic is on the left in the bend of the highway
• If you reach the intersection of Hwy 259 and Stone Rd/FM 2204, you've gone too far.

From Hwy 31 E (Tyler):

• Come into Kilgore eastbound on Hwy 31
• Turn right (south) on Hwy 259
• After you pass Walmart and the Four Star Cinema on your right, the clinic is on the left in the bend of the highway
• If you reach the intersection of Hwy 259 and Stone Rd/FM 2204, you've gone too far.
